9/13/10- Apparently you people don't get it. I don't care how good the cake looks: stop, I repeat, STOP using this image without my freaking permission. DO NOT use it in your blogs, or post it on your photo bucket accounts, without asking me. If you ask me, I will most likely say yes. Stop stealing my work. -__-

9/10/09- This is a copy righted image. If you wish to use it for ANY reason(I.e. post it on your blog, use it in a photo manip, etc.) You must first ask me. If you steal this piece, even if you credit me, it is still theft.

9/20- Thats the last straw, I've been forced to mar this photo with a water mark, because you people can't keep your greedy paws off my work to save your freaking lives.

I don't know why you keep calling it 'your' work and are so concerned with people stealing it. It's just a picture of a cake that you didn't even make. It's not even your work to begin with.

Its MY photograph. Say a photographer takes a really good photo of a plant that they didn't help grow. Then the photo keeps getting reposted everywhere and they get bitter about it. Are you going to tell that artist that they can't complain because they did none of the work in cultivating the plant?
