Ego boost

So i've always thought I'm great with kids... and even with reassurance from others outside of myself, sometimes, I'm unsure. I love children, and I always try my best to at least get smiles. Well today I was ringing up a customer, and they had the cutest little 8 month old baby, whom I started to talk to and make happy noises at. He proceeded to smile, laugh, and bounce up and down in his Dad's arms. Apparently, that was the first smile and laugh pulled from him all day!

The dad asked me if I had little brother's or sisters, or any children of my own... and when I said no, he was very surprised. Apparently this little baby responds the way he did when he interacts with people who have lots of experience with children his age... like other Mom's. That made my heart ache... In a good way.

I love children, and I can't wait till I have my own. Apparently, I'm a born mother!

thanks fore the tip ;-)btw i have someone that makes Jacks costume too also the real one from POTC i have already the vest and pants nexst weeked i will have the blouse as well and my boots are going to change into the boots from POTC2 light brown ore something like that anyway take care and see you around savvy?;-)
